 You must be able to provide a description of your emergency, your location and the make model and year of your vehicle to the dispatcher to ensure that they send out the right type of truck.  

 Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Saturday 8AM - 12PM and by appointment.

 Always call to verify you have all documents for release and confirm location. 

• Proof of ownership (Original Title, Bill of Sale, Registration). Copies will NOT be accepted as proof of ownership.
• Proof of Insurance (Current dates, correct VIN)
• VALID driver’s license 
• Must meet any requirements from the law enforcement agency for any pending vehicle HOLDS
• Payment (Visa, Mastercard or Cash)

 No. Not at all. Your car is lifted by its tires and is riding on your own suspension. The tow truck’s suspension absorbs most of the bumps. 

  Yes. All our drivers are trained locksmiths who carry an assortment of vehicle unlocking tools. 

Most likely yes for a limited distance and at a limited speed.

 Yes. Our drivers receive in-depth specialized training and are required to pass certain skill and competency tests prior to performing the job.

 Yes. Our trucks are approved to tow for Minnesota and must pass an inspection annually.

 Yes, we carry all needed equipment necessary to tow motorcycles without damage.
